Technical Assistance for using the Adobe Acrobat Reader

If you are having difficulty downloading, viewing, and/or printing a "pdf" file, the following are hints to help you.  Please mention that you were unsuccessful when you tried these alternatives, when you e-mail us a request to have the form/document mailed to you.

  1. The pdf file will download but not display.

    1. Press the Reload/Refresh button on your toolbar. OR

    2. Clear your disk cache (Netscape under Edit/Preferences) or temporary files (Explorer under Tools/Internet options). OR

    3. It is possible that you have an older, incompatible version of the free Adobe Acrobat Reader. Download and install the latest version.

  2. You cannot print a file on display.

    1. Your printer may not have enough memory to queue the print file, there is no solution short of making a physical memory upgrade of your printer. OR

    2. Your printer options may be set to an incompatible mode; you should use the default setting or a setup using "standard" fonts and features.

  3. If you need more extensive technical help, go to the Adobe Technical Support website.
