We take pride in our prompt service. Once we have all the information from you, we call the host homes to see which are available for the dates you want that meet your needs. We then call you back (usually within 15 minutes to 1 hour) with a complete description. At that time, upon your acceptance, a 20% deposit is required to hold the accommodation. We accept personal checks, Discover, Master Card, Visa, and American Express. There is a 3% fee on deposits. After your deposit is received, we send you a confirmation listing the host's name, address and phone number, showing you the 20% deposit and the balance due each host family in cash or traveler's checks upon arrival (once you're here, the hosts do not accept credit cards, or personal checks). We also enclose your car confirmation numbers, your inter-island air tickets and inter-island air time table. Shortly after you get our confirmation, each host will send you a welcoming letter, map and brochure. It is our policy to refund deposits, less a $25 service fee, if we receive notification of cancellation 2 weeks prior to arrival time. We look forward to hearing from you, and hope to
